Over the years, Ive witnessed the growth process of different clients and I learned a lot with each one of their mistakes and triumphs. Yes, because to succeed, a company really needs to define clear goals that are both attainable and measurable. Only by doing so you can find out whats the best path for your business and, if necessary, adjust your strategies to conquer the place you want.

Whether the customer is always right or not, I cant say. But it really is the most important element in a business. Without clients (and without their satisfaction, their recommendations) theres nothing left! So, theres no doubt the quality of your customer service should be one of your main investments.

4. Choosing the right people (and tools)

Owning or managing a business is a difficult task that takes a lot of time. So, in order for you to delegate and rest at least once in a while -, you should surround yourself of the right people and the right tools.
